Responsibilities: As a Commercial Sales Representative, you'll become adept at understanding Orkin's extensive product and service offerings and how to sell them across various industries. You will provide strategic recommendations to both new and existing clients to help prevent pest issues, ensure quality, and meet regulatory compliance. Building trusted partnerships will be key as you protect their businesses. Your responsibilities will include: Prioritizing
safety
in all tasks. Demonstrating

with customers and colleagues. Acting as an
empathetic
problem-solver by utilizing comprehensive training to recommend innovative solutions for our clients. Achieving sales goals through effective prospecting and leveraging assigned leads. Using marketing tools to stimulate new business growth. Conducting thorough inspections of customer properties—don't worry, we provide the necessary training! Making tailored recommendations based on inspections and resolving any queries to ensure clients have confidence in their pest management solutions. Utilizing provided iPads for preparing sales agreements and organization—training will be provided! We Offer: Estimated annual earnings: $70,000 - $120,000. Base salary plus unlimited commissions! Company vehicle with gas card post-training. Company-provided iPhone and iPad with necessary sales software. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license required. Ability to obtain the necessary pesticide licensing/certification (company covered). Capability to work independently in the field and engage positively with our clients. Physical Demands / Working Conditions: All candidates should be able to meet the physical requirements of the role safely: Use ladders safely within weight limits. Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and confined areas, which may require climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including OSHA-compliant respirators when necessary.
