About Cox Automotive Fleet Services by Cox Automotive leads the nation in on-site mobile maintenance and repair for light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks and trailers, operating a fleet of 1,200 mobile service vehicles. Our expansive network includes over 25 maintenance facilities offering services ranging from accident repair to general vehicle maintenance. We are also the largest self-performing 24/7 emergency repair provider in the country. Your Role Involves: Performing maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and mechanical inspections Diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, engines, transmissions, and more Building positive relationships with customers and vendors Upholding safety standards and compliance Managing procurement of parts Maintaining your company-issued service truck Utilizing technology for accurate documentation of work What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent A valid driver's license and a strong driving record At least 3 years of Diesel Technician experience, specifically with Class 6-8 vehicles Willingness to work flexible hours as required Proficiency with technology, including mobile devices A valid DOT medical card; if it's expiring soon, a DOT physical may be required Our Values: We empower our technicians to take charge of their career paths.
