Diligence – strong customer relationship management skills, ensuring customer queries are responded to in a timely fashion.
What The Role Involves
Speaking with inbound enquiries and warm leads.
Understanding the client’s project and offering the right solutions.
Requesting measurements and design details.
Sending quotes and following a structured follow‑up process.
Working closely with our surveyors, installers, and management team.
Delivering a professional, confident experience that makes clients feel safe choosing us.
Requirements Essential
Proven ability to make outbound calls confidently and consistently.
Strong communication skills: able to build rapport quickly and ask intelligent questions.
A consultative mindset – comfortable uncovering needs, wants, concerns, and decision drivers.
High persistence and follow‑up discipline; you don’t let warm opportunities go cold.
Strong organisational habits and ability to manage a pipeline through a CRM.
Willingness to learn the technical differences between profiles, glazing options, locking systems, and installation standards.
Ability to work self‑directed, hit activity targets, and maintain momentum throughout the day.
Professional, clear, and reliable behaviour with clients.
Competence in email, WhatsApp, and basic digital tools.
Desirable
Understanding of NEPQ‑style or consultative sales techniques.
Experience working on a self‑employed or commission‑based model.
Experience handling objections, slowing conversations down, and helping clients reach the right decisions for their needs.
Character Traits
