Media EffectivenessTeam forWesternEuroperegion.You will work together with some of the largestFMCG companies, helping them to make the right choices for their Media investment strategy.?Your insights will influence decisions for some of todays leading globalbrandsthatcoversocial,digitaland traditional media activities both at a tactical and strategic level.
Main Responsibilities
Team Building Lead the analytic servicing team with the primary responsibility of expanding our scope of influence with clients across a wider range of products and with greater depth of involvement.
Responsiblefor managinga handful of consultants, ensuringtheir work is of quality and meeting clientobjectives.
Working closely withSalesteam in pitching, solutioningand alsomaking sure projects are rightly scoped.
Staffingofprojects and responsible for overalldeliveryresponsibilityand CSAT scores for the region.
Ensure team is well motivatedand rallied to meet the overall organization goals.
Client Servicing Work as a part of an international project team that helps FMCG clientsmeasure,model,optimizeand consulton their Media activities
Use NIQtools and methodologies to build answers to business questions from the market data and revenue management analysis
Convert analysis results into a business-focused and actionable client report
Providetimelyanalytic solutions and benefits to client business issues / opportunities by developing strategic initiatives for client
Oversee the management and conduct of assigned analytic projects including preparation, approval and delivery of proposals,reportsand presentations
Coordinate project execution between teams ofexperts,this will involve liaison with clients, publishers, media agencies and remote NIQ teams.
Coordinate cross-country projects
Foster relationships at all levels and functions of the client organization toidentifyopportunities for incremental product / solution sales
Ensure client service standards are implemented and enhanced as client expectations continue to evolve and change in themarketplace
Business development Identifyareas of business opportunity and growth for the business unit
Maintain and further foster relationships with senior management of clients
Develop plans to support the implementation of new initiatives and new products and services
Financial Management Achieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery and productivity targets as well as other related business developmentobjectivesas assigned
Monitor the actual financial performance against budget / forecast and ensure the implementation ofappropriate actionsthat willleadto the achievement of the financial targets
Required Experience Previousexperience in a similar position/ business area
Minimum of15years and at least 5 years in leading region and sub region delivery
Previousexperience gained in the FMCG sector, preferably within the brand, trademarketingor category management
High levelof client service skills
Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written (another European Language would be an asset)
Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
Strong communication& visualization skills
interested in storytelling techniques
Comfortable working in a digital-enabled environment
Ability to work independently and within a virtual environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
Strong organizational & interpersonal skills
Masters in Eco/math/Stats/Business orUniversity degree or equivalent experience
