Nurses: 3rd shift

Looking for RN/LPNs to be a part of our dynamic team at Friendly Home. Full Time and Part time: including every other weekend and every other holiday.

We have positions available 3rd shift We offer shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shift.

Job Type: We have full, part time, and per diem poisitions available.

The RN/LPN will be an essential support person in our nursing department assisting with the daily management of the residents' nursing needs and oversight of direct care staff. The candidate needs to be able to manage the care needs of a senior population, be able to multi-task, be organzied, have a team oriented focus and experience providing care to individuals with dementia and their families. We have a long term unit which has a varity of residents. We have a rehab/short term unit which is a fast pace. You will be working closely with therapy, Social Worker, Unit Manager and the family. Our goal is to provide the best care during their stay at the Friendly Home. And provide a safe transition to their next level of care. We provide IV/PICC, wound vacs, wound care, G-tubes, foley/S/P tubes/ Nephrostomy tubes, aftercare for surgeries, glucose monitoring to list a few. Many of our staff has had their family member, friends etc here for short term rehab or long term.

We offer an extended orientation for new grads. Our current EMAR is Matrix.

We are located on the Woonsocket/North Smithfield boarder.

Experience:

• Healthcare: 1 year
