We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and spearhead our global marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, a deep understanding of the enterprise software industry, and a proven track record of driving successful b2b campaigns. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement for our clients. This role might need minimal travel as required.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
- Design, implement, and manage overarching marketing strategies to improve company's global brand and support product and service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Content Development:
- Oversee the creation of compelling and industry-relevant content for various digital channels.
- Ensure content aligns with trends, technological advancements, and addresses the unique needs of target audiences.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage social media strategies to build brand awareness and engage with target market professionals.
- Stay abreast of industry conversations and leverage social platforms to position our brand as a thought leader in the billing space.
Data Analysis:
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to optimize performance and stay abreast of industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role, preferably within the telecommunications/software sector.
- 2+ years of software product marketing or product management experience (preferred)
- Self-motivated and driven personality with the curiosity to learn.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Strong understanding of website technologies required.
- Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing automation tools, analytics, and content management systems.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), project management, and organizational skills.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and mobilize.
- Well versed in marketing funnel reporting and industry KPIs, such as website analytics, MQLs, SQLs, conversion ratios, and ROI
