Sales Negotiator , you'll be the face of KFH for buyers and vendors alike. You'll guide clients through the sales process, from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout. This role is based in
Beckenham and offers an OTE of £20,000 pa. You'll be responsible for: Conducting property viewings and providing insightful feedback to vendors Managing offers and negotiating sales to successful completion Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and local market knowledge Supporting clients with advice on the sales process, legislation, and KFH's full range of services collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver a joined-up service What can you bring to the role? A passion for property and a strong background in sales negotiation roles Excellent communication skills – you're confident face-to-face, on the phone, and over email A proactive, can-do attitude with the drive to meet and exceed targets Knowledge of the London property market is a bonus, but not essential – we'll support you with learning your patch!
