Job Description Uniphore seeks an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join its high‑performance Sales Engineering team in Europe. In this role you will act as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner to enterprise clients, working closely with account executives, product management, and engineering to demonstrate the value of Uniphore’s Business AI Cloud and Marketing applications. You will lead the technical sales cycle from discovery to proof‑of‑concept, translating complex challenges into transformative AI solutions that showcase Uniphore’s innovation, scalability, and value.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the technical lead in the sales cycle, partnering with Account Executives to drive enterprise opportunities through qualification to close.
Understand how AI drives value in enterprises and leverage language models and agents to impact business value across verticals.
Facilitate customer sessions, including architectural deep dives and business‑value workshops that uncover goals and present solutions.
Deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and POCs to validate business value and feasibility.
Conduct discovery sessions with key stakeholders to uncover needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
Translate business requirements into AI solution architectures that leverage Uniphore’s capabilities.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical responses and solution designs.
Advise clients on Marketing AI adoption strategies, integration with multi‑modal data platforms, and industry best practices.
Contribute to a culture of technical excellence, customer obsession, and innovation.
Build deep domain expertise in marketing and customer data trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving landscape of enterprise AI.
Serve as a product subject‑matter expert, influencing strategy and roadmap.
Skills And Qualifications
5+ years of experience in pre‑sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting—preferably in enterprise marketing SaaS or CDP platforms such as Adobe Real‑Time CDP, mParticle, Salesforce, Tealium, and Twilio Segment.
Experience with multi‑channel marketing campaigns like Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Braze.
3+ years in mar‑tech or ad‑tech enterprise systems and a deep understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem.
Proficiency with data mapping, transformation, database structures, and ETL processes.
General understanding of AI concepts: LLMs, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, prompt engineering, Agentic AI, AI security, and governance.
Hands‑on knowledge of data systems, orchestration, cloud data warehousing, SQL, and related technologies.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging all levels within large enterprises.
Proven track record supporting enterprise sales cycles and closing large deals.
Strong problem‑solving and storytelling skills—able to connect AI capabilities to strategic business outcomes.
Ability to travel as needed for client engagements.
