Who We Are: At The Maids in Richmond, BC, we've built North America's #1 premium home cleaning service through excpetional customer service and great cleans (over 50 locations nation wide). For over 40 years, our teams have been trusted in homes across the Lower Mainland and North America. Under new local ownership (who works along side you daily), we're hiring as the owner needs someone else to become our team leader so he can focus on growing the business and provide more opportunites to staff and clean homes for the Richmond community.

Why This Role Is Different:

• Start with variety, grow with purpose: In your first 4-6 weeks, you'll split your time between cleaning homes and helping grow our presence by putting flyers in peoples mailboxes and door handles. Note expect 3-7 hours a day of cleaning, 0-4 hours a day of flyering
• You will work alongside a team of 2-4 inside homes and ensuring customers are happy with great communication. You will you will learn our 22 step cleaning process and trained on everything you need to be successful.
• Guaranteed pay & hours: You're guaranteed 35 hours a week (up to 40 hours a week)

• schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:45AM-4:30PM (note can vary, sometimes earlier or later start for one time cleans and 1 Saturday a month required). Note over the Christmas break you will be required to work non holidays. 30 min unpaid lunch break daily.

Application question(s):

• Note, our Richmond location currently only has 1 car full time in the city that you will be responisble for and be our full time leader. At times there will be gaps between cleans, and you will be responsible for delivering door hangers (flyers) door to door to generate more business for us. This requires walking sometimes for hours at a time, in the cold/ rain (going into winter). This will be a requirement for your role for the first year until we get your team to full capacity. Expect on average 2 hours a day of flyering sometimes more sometimes none. Are you up for doing both the outside door to door flyering as well as leading teams inside customers homes?
• Where do you live? If you don't live in Richmond, how long will it take you to commute to Steveston daily, and what is your transport situation? How do you feel about this daily commute?
