Early Childhood Educator

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves working closely with children, educating them through play-based learning, and supporting their developmental needs. The ECE will also engage with children with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive classroom experience.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience.
• Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the community.
• Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to provide an optimal learning space.

Experience

• Proven experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting.
• Background in early childhood education is preferred.
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques and child development principles.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
