Location:Predominantly remote 3-4 days a month on site, London possibly Scotland.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Excellent knowledge of cloud-native and software architecture.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience applying them.
Proven experience dealing with different types of complex technical issues.
Possess high levels of written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to improve the efficiencies of multiple teams of engineers within a technology organisation and to ensure that solutions are applied across the business.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving experience, and ability to plan and mitigate accordingly to allow the engineering teams to remain robust and able to deliver across multiple projects in the face of change.
DESIRABLE
5 years+ within architectural/technical role.
Relevant degree qualification.
Resilient to change, previously worked within an agile business/start-up. Comfortable with change management.
AWS Solution Architect Certificate or similar.
Entrepreneurial thinker and approach.
Experience working within the public sector, including law enforcement or national security industry.
