Our *Berrien Springs* location is currently seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to work either Full or Part Time. We have patients all over the area!

*Qualifications and Requirements:*
* Current Physical Therapist license
* 1 year of physical therapist experience is preferred - home health and OASIS experience preferred
* Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
* Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
* Ability to successfully complete a background check
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 45 per week
