Maintenance Supervisor

Duties:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of the facility
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and systems
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance problems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment logs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operation of the facility

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in maintenance or related field is a plus
