- Assist in creating, configuring, and maintaining SharePoint sites based on team requirements.
- Manage user access and permissions to ensure compliance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and refine site and content needs.
- Support integration with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Forms.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining multilingual content using the translation tool.
- Provide user training and develop support materials to enhance SharePoint usage.
- Draft and distribute newsletters and updates related to SharePoint initiatives.
- Respond to daily user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate site documentation within the SharePoint environment.
- Facilitate cross-division collaboration by coordinating meetings, tracking tasks, and managing SharePoint-related requests.
- Assist in testing new SharePoint features, updates, and integrations to ensure smooth implementation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SharePoint Online design and implementation
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and integrations
- Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams and departments
- Solid understanding of web content management and user permissions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
- Proficiency in French and English considered is an asset
- Experience with change management or user adoption initiatives an asset
- Prior work experience or education in agriculture or agribusiness considered an asset
