Your Role As SharePoint Administrator (Specialist), you will be responsible for the discovery, design, and implementation of modern SharePoint solutions that drive business outcomes. The role combines technical expertise with change management to ensure solutions are effectively adopted and sustained across the Company's divisions. Key responsibilities include gathering site requirements, managing user permissions, integrating Microsoft 365 applications, and supporting multilingual content through a translation tool. You will also oversee site creation, user training, and internal communications such as newsletters. Day to Day
  • Assist in creating, configuring, and maintaining SharePoint sites based on team requirements.
  • Manage user access and permissions to ensure compliance and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and refine site and content needs.
  • Support integration with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Forms.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining multilingual content using the translation tool.
  • Provide user training and develop support materials to enhance SharePoint usage.
  • Draft and distribute newsletters and updates related to SharePoint initiatives.
  • Respond to daily user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate site documentation within the SharePoint environment.
  • Facilitate cross-division collaboration by coordinating meetings, tracking tasks, and managing SharePoint-related requests.
  • Assist in testing new SharePoint features, updates, and integrations to ensure smooth implementation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SharePoint Online design and implementation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and integrations
  • Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams and departments
  • Solid understanding of web content management and user permissions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Proficiency in French and English considered is an asset
  • Experience with change management or user adoption initiatives an asset
  • Prior work experience or education in agriculture or agribusiness considered an asset
