This is your chance to influence documentation strategy, improve user experience, and collaborate with world-class engineers to deliver content that matter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX teams to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable content.
  • Drive best practices for DITA-based documentation and contribute to content architecture and strategy.
  • Advocate for the user experience, ensuring documentation is intuitive, accurate, and customer-focused.
  • Lead and mentor other writers, guiding small team initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Key Qualifications:
  • 5 years as a technical writer.
  • Experience with at least one programming language.
  • Comfortable in the command line; Bash scripting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitLab or similar source control tools.
  • Strong experience with DITA: creating ditamaps, tasks, concepts, and reference topics; using keys and ditaval for conditional processing.
  • Advanced knowledge of DITA best practices, content strategy, and CCMS systems is highly desirable.
What We Value:
  • Proven ability to lead a small team of writers.
  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with SaaS-based integrated product documentation and help pages.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with API documentation and testing examples using tools like Postman or cURL.
  • Developer-facing documentation experience (SDKs, CLI tools).
  • Docs-as-code workflows (Git, GitHub pull requests, OAS3 specs).
  • Familiarity with application security software.
