Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
• Conduct custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated time frames.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
• Assist with facilities maintenance as needed, reporting any repairs or issues to management.
• Handle heavy lifting when necessary, including moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.

Skills

• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with power tools and hand tools relevant to cleaning and maintenance.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
