Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Conduct custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated time frames.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
- Assist with facilities maintenance as needed, reporting any repairs or issues to management.
- Handle heavy lifting when necessary, including moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with power tools and hand tools relevant to cleaning and maintenance.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
- Ability to maintain a clean work environment consistently.
