A Master of Efficiency – You take pride in keeping things running smoothly, can work in a fast paced environment and are a multi-tasking wizard, ensuring everything stays organized so the team can work seamlessly together.

All About the Details- Are you keen to follow detail, systems and procedures. Do you have superior language and grammar skills?

Tech Savvy – Are you proficient in Google Suite, data entry and take initiative to problem solve- bonus points for experience in Paragon.

A Master in CRM (Follow up Boss)– You enjoy operating in CRM systems that are meticulously organized and optimized for seamless client communication. Keeping everything within the CRM on track and running smoothly.

An Organizer – Are you highly organized and not easily overwhelmed?

A Problem Solver – Are you keen to learn new systems, take initiative, and enjoy anticipating the needs of those around you?

An Optimist – Do you enjoy sharing positive outlook and are easily approachable and open minded? Do you have a helpful spirit?

Main Responsibilities…

  • Diligently coordinate and handle details pertaining to real estate paperwork including inputting and activating new listings, processing sales, monitoring deadlines in accepted offers and communicating electronically with agents, lawyers, lenders, and clients with professionalism.

-Draft standardized documents in Webforms including but not limited to offers, listing paperwork and buyer documents.

  • Manage and maintain the client database, send drip campaigns, abnd be proficient in our CRM, Follow Up Boss.

  • Confirm showing requests for team listings with agents and clients

  • Track and maintain a variety of company statistics

  • Base salary starting between $47k - $57k depending on experience + incentives

Applicant Must:

  • Live in Halifax

  • Have a reliable form of transportation

  • Have a minimum 1 year administrative experience

Previous knowledge or work experience in the real estate industry considered an asset.

Pay: $47,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
