What you'll do
- Lead and inspire the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest services and maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Oversee daily operations including check-ins, check-outs, and night audits to ensure smooth transitions for guests.
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette to assist guests efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience in our hotel environment.
- Utilize your multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests and provide tailored assistance.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer service and hotel management to elevate team performance.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on insights gathered from surveys and reviews.
Basic qualifications
- Strong background in customer service with a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and front desk operations in a hotel setting is a plus.
