We are looking for passionate machine learning engineers of
all levels
to develop robotics technology and help shape the future of humanoid robots. You will work in a lean, boundaryless team, influencing every product we ship.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable machine learning models (e.g., VLM, VLA, RL) training and deployment pipelines.
Work on efficient foundation models (e.g., small LLMs, weight sharing, model quantization) deployable in humanoid robots.
Generate and leverage large-scale datasets and computational resources effectively.
Explore synthetic data generation to enhance data diversity and quality.
Coordinate with different teams to align on product needs.
Demonstrate strong Python programming and software development skills, with experience in deep learning frameworks.
Possess a solid background in machine learning, NLP, computer vision, speech, or data science.
Maintain an open-minded, collaborative, and humble personality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep understanding of multimodal LLM architectures, LLM training, and quantization techniques.
Record of publications, innovations, or leadership in the field.

The salary range for this full-time role is $148,909 - $252,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salaries are determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education.
