About
*Job Duties:*
* Administer and support core Microsoft, Office365, Cisco/Meraki, VEEAM, Zerto, and
* VMware technologies.
* Proactively manage and maintain server, network and firewall systems
* Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans
* Maintain inventory, asset and site configuration documentation
* Assist with hardware, firewall, telecom and software vendor evaluation,
* recommendations and negotiations
* Designing, installing, configuring and maintaining infrastructure
* Handle DNS administration, implement and configure TCP/IP environments, and
* troubleshoot network problems
* Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, anti-spam, network utilities,
* printing and security
* Coordinate with third party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues effectively.
*Qualifications:*
* Experience with Windows Server administration and support
* Experience with Office 365 administration and support, VMware, Antivirus software, Backup software, remote management tools and desktop operating systems
* Experience with firewalls, SD-WAN, VLAN, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
* Strong skills in switching and routing, VLAN configuration, firewall configuration
* Ability to set up and configure servers (VMware and other)
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to address incidents, problems, and vulnerabilities, and contribute to projects as an effective part of a team
* Good knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS and other Windows core services
* Ability to learn new products and technologies
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Education:*
* Degree in computer science or information technology and 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
