Sales Manager - Automotive Location - EMG Nissan Cambridge Full Time – Permanent Salary - OTE of £60,000 - £70,000 pa (Salary negotiable on experience) We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our new EMG Nissan site in Cambridge. Your duties will include; * Enhancing the sales and profitability of new and used vehicles and related products. * Effectively recruit, train, motivate and support other members of the sales team to reach expected targets, which you will track and report to senior management. * Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service. * Maintain product knowledge of cars and ad ons. * Advise on finance, insurance and product accessories. * Work to set KPIs and targets. * EMG Business Managers work flexible schedules, including weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis), to provide our customers with the highest levels of service.
