Job Description As the Solutions Architect, you will help discover and gather client needs, and design/guide the implementation of Supernova’s SBL platform for our enterprise clients. This person will provide ongoing production support to active clients to ensure their business success.
The candidate will work closely with internal and external project and technology teams to define and document system architecture, integration points, and integration specs. The candidate will oversee the system design as well as the client onboarding process from the technology perspective. To succeed in this role, good understanding of system architectures and business/operation processes are required.
Responsibilities
Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to prospects and customers, providing in-depth product demonstrations and presentations
Provide level 1 support to active clients by managing and resolving customer issues
Conduct thorough technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, challenges, and infrastructure
Architect innovative and scalable solutions that align with customer goals and objectives
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution designs, and implementation plans
Collaborate with the product team to provide customer feedback and contribute to the product roadmap
Identify and document data types, rules, mapping, and conversion requirements
Work with system integration and ETL processes
Coordinate and design system and user acceptance testing
Maintain system documentation for internal and external use
Identify and elevate deficiencies in technical work and implementation plans
Participate in ongoing business process standardization
Provide accurate and timely project communication, status and schedule updates to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or relevant field of study
1+ years Solution Design and/or Technical Project Management experience
At least 3 years of experience gathering/analyzing data and sub-systems for writing system requirements, performing system configuration, and creating system design diagrams
Good listener, able to apply the knowledge gained effectively
Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills required
Client-focused, positive and professional attitude
Organized, detail oriented, accurate and responsive
Prior experience in SaaS implementation and technical writing skills is preferred
