Job Description- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads, penetrate new markets and achieve revenue targets and provide feedback to the internal teams.
- Identify and cultivate business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the full sales process, including prospects' qualifications, meetings, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Analyze client and prospects needs and business challenges to create and recommend propositions and solutions that would positively impact their activities.
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients, consultants, external professionals, and partners to generate referrals and expand the client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies, ensure seamless delivery and maximize client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about Ayming's offers and services to answer clients' questions and constantly assess market conditions and trends.
- Minimum Baccalaureate in commerce, sales, economy or any related field
- At least 24 months of experience in sales, consulting, business development or any related field
- Driver's license
