We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end initiatives, including large-scale application and cloud migration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering complex technology programs, collaborating across cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational transformation goals.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Migration & Technology Projects: Lead and support application and data migration initiatives, working closely with technical architects and business stakeholders.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to ensure on-schedule outcomes.
  • Stakeholder & Communication Management: Maintain clear communication with executives, business partners, and technical teams while managing expectations and alignment.
  • Team Leadership: Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, data, QA, and business units, using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption.
  • Reporting & Governance: Track key milestones, KPIs, budgets, and resource usage while providing transparent status reports and dashboards.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external partners and technology vendors to support project goals and resolve issues.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure that all project outcomes meet quality, security, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 10+ years of IT project management experience, including at least 4 years managing software, cloud, or application migration projects.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to engage in technical discussions and translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
  • Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, and hybrid project delivery models.
  • Tools: Experience with project and workflow management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, and reporting dashboards (Power BI or similar).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Certifications like PMP or Agile/Scrum Master are preferred.
