Responsibilities
- Develop and configure SaaS cloud-based COTS products to fulfill KM project requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to development team members.
- Ensure adherence to standards, procedures, and processes across development activities.
- Lead defect management and resolution processes.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align development with solution architecture.
- Support the implementation of AI-assisted authoring, semantic validation, and knowledge-as-code pipelines.
- Oversee the integration of modular APIs and cloud-native services for scalable KM delivery.
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Facilitate agile development practices and DevOps workflows.

General Requirements
