To enhance our Automation Systems growth in new industries, we are now looking for an experienced Sales Manager focusing on the Corrugated Board Industry.
We are seeking a collaborative and driven Sales Manager to support and grow our presence in the North American Corrugated Board, Coating & Laminating and/or Extrusion Coating. This role is designed to co-exist with and support the current Sales Manager , contributing to both strategic and operational sales efforts.
In this role, you will:
- Support the existing sales team by assisting in proposal generation, costing, and advancing current sales cases toward successful closure.
- Drive progress on active sales opportunities , helping move cases from pipeline to "WON" status.
- Develop and expand the sales funnel , identifying new prospects and nurturing leads to build a robust pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored technical solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, contributing to long-term growth and retention.
- Provide market insights and feedback to product development and R&D teams to help shape winning concepts tailored to industry needs.

Requirements
- Extensive background and proven experience in the Corrugated Board, Coating & Laminating and/or Extrusion Coating
- Strong sales mindset and capability to work with customers on many levels.
- Seasoned in working within a matrix organization, displaying exceptional adaptability and the capability to excel in an independent sales role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory, with occasional support provided to other areas as required.
- This position requires a valid driver's license
