Early Childhood Teacher

Boogles Playhouse is a one-of-a-kind, Montessori-inspired space where little ones play, explore, and create—while parents finally get a breather. We offer flexible, high-quality drop-off childcare and classes, and have welcomed over thousands of families in our first year since opening.

We're looking for Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECEs) and ECE Assistants to join our warm, creative, and mission-driven team—part-time and full-time positions available.

What You'll Do

As a RECE or ECE Assistant, you'll help bring our play sessions o life. You'll:

• Facilitate engaging, Montessori-inspired play experiences for children aged 18 months to 6 years
• Build meaningful relationships with families and children
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and joyful play space
• Support our admin rhythm—think check-in/out, notes, and updates
• Represent Boogles with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm

You'll Thrive Here If You:

• Are a RECE in good standing or have experience working with young children (ECE Assistant)
• Love working with children and connecting with caregivers
• Are confident with admin and staying organized
• Can gently guide parents toward services that suit their needs
• Have a clear Vulnerable Sector Check (or are willing to obtain one)
• Hold a valid CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
• Are flexible, creative, and a true team player

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
