As a Territory Manager, you will play a key role in the growth and retention of our customer base. You will be responsible for prospecting, managing business relationships and promoting our products/services to a varied customer base. You'll be part of a high-calibre sales team where collaboration, passion and intrapreneurship are at the heart of our approach.

- Prospect for new customers and identify market opportunities;
- Ensure a trusting and lasting relationship with existing customers, while anticipating their needs;
- Present and promote our products/services in a convincing way, adapted to the specific needs of each customer;
- Proactively pursue sales opportunities, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process;
- Achieve sales target while maintaining quality and service standards;
- Work closely with other team members to ensure common objectives are met;
- Demonstrate boldness and creativity to seize market opportunities and propose innovative solutions;
- Ensure after-sales follow-up resolve any issues in a responsive and professional manner;
- Thrive in a competitive work environnement.
- Passionate about sales and business development, with the ability to inspire confidence and positively influence your contacts;
- Bold and determined, able to seize opportunities and turn prospect into loyal customers;
- Excellent communicator and charismatic, with a strong ability to build lasting relationships;

- Strong sense of integrity, with an ethical and responsible approach to sales;
- Previous B2B or sales experience with a good track record of performance;
- Knowledge of the local market or specific healthcare/pharmaceutical sector;
- Attention to detail, ability to analyze numbers and people;
- Fluent in English, Bilingual French an asset.
