· Interpret, verify and approve drawings/Work Instructions and other engineering documents
· Develop detail manufacturing strategies for aircraft components.
· Knowledge of Aircraft materials, Heat treatment and Special process.
· Knowledge on different manufacturing and machining process.
· Preparation of condition of Supply (Detailed & Assembly parts) to meet assembly conditions in Catia V5.
· Responsible for project management, client communication and personal interaction with the various department involved in the manufacturing like NC programming,
Production, Purchase, Quality etc.
· Harmonize the implementation of engineering changes by working in close collaboration with Engineering, Parts Logistics, Quality and Production.
· Understanding of manufacturing and assembly techniques (metallic & composites)
· Good understanding of aircraft structures.
· Participation in periodic internal/external reviews
· Should be able to perform with minimal guidance
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Organized and able to meet deadlines

Process
Planner
will oversee the
strategic transfer
of fuselage assembly operations from
different facilities across Canada
, ensuring
seamless transition, minimal disruption, and optimized production efficiency
.
Key Responsibilities:
Transfer Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement a
structured transition plan
for fuselage System assemblies relocation.
Supply Chain Coordination:
Coordinate with Operations and logistics Team, ensuring
logistics, material flow, and stakeholders alignment
for uninterrupted movement & installation.
Facility Readiness & Infrastructure Setup:
Collaborate with engineering & operations teams to
prepare new plant
for fuselage assembly operations.
Regulatory & Compliance Management:
Ensure adherence to
aviation industry standards, safety protocols, and quality control measures
.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with
Engineering, Manufacturing, logistics, and leadership teams
to align transfer objectives.
Risk Assessment & Mitigation:
Identify potential
operational risks
and develop
contingency plans
to minimize disruptions.
Process Optimization:
Implement
lean manufacturing principles
to enhance efficiency post-transfer.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
8+ years of
aerospace manufacturing industry and working experience in operations or planning is must,
.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with
fuselage assembly processes, tooling, and production workflows or Aero specific
fabrications / Assembly manufacturing.
Project Management:
Strong expertise in
transition planning, scheduling, execution
and able to negotiate with multiple stakeholders ensuring the project success.
Regulatory Compliance:
Understanding of
aviation industry standards (AS9100, Transport Canada, FAA)
.
Communication & Leadership:
Ability to
coordinate cross-functional teams
and drive operational success.
