We are a fun group of people who make and sell herbal medicine to healthcare practitioners. Our business is growing and we're looking to expand our production team

Job Description

This role is part of a government-funded internship program designed for youth employment. The Production Support Coordinator's main functions include:

● Support day-to-day production operations by handling routine and logistical tasks that ensure smooth workflow across the manufacturing team.

● Source, order, and track raw materials, packaging, and supplies; maintain adequate stock levels and reorder as needed.

● Coordinate details of production Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring records are accurate, organized, and up to date for Natural Health Product (NHP) compliance.

● Assist with herbal product manufacturing, including preparing, stirring, pressing, bottling, and labelling tinctures and other herbal products.

● Maintain production records and assist with basic documentation related to batch tracking and inventory control.

● Help unpack, label, and organize incoming shipments and materials.

● Operate and clean light production equipment such as tincture presses, mills, and mixers under supervision.

Employment Requirements:

● Graduate of a post-secondary institution

● Age 30 or under as of December 1st, 2025 (This role is part of a government-funded internship program designed for youth employment. The age requirement is set by the funding program, and we adhere fully to all employment and equal opportunity laws.)

● Herbalist, Naturopath, TCM Practitioner, or student

● Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs if needed

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
