About Us
Highbury Ford is a family-owned dealership serving London since 1975. We're adding an Auto Sales Manager to join our sales management team and help drive growth, sharpen processes, and elevate the guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop 8–10 sales consultants (daily huddles, one-on-ones, training plans).
- Desk/approve deals: structure retail & lease payments, optimize gross, ensure smooth F&I turnovers.
- Own lead management: speed-to-lead, CRM hygiene, showroom process, follow-up quality.
- Manage new & pre-owned inventory: pricing, merchandising, photos, and online listings.
- Oversee trade appraisals and partner with Service on recon timelines and costs.
- Track KPIs (units, PVR, response times, CSI) and report weekly.
- Resolve guest escalations professionally; uphold compliance (OMVIC, privacy, CASL, paperwork).
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and digital promotions.
What You Bring
- 3+ years in automotive sales leadership (Floor/Team/Finance/Sales Manager) with proven results.
- Strong desking ability; solid grasp of F&I products and retail/lease structures.
- CRM/digital retailing proficiency; data-driven and process-oriented.
- OMVIC Salesperson Licence and valid G licence.
- High energy coach who sets expectations and holds the team accountable.

Schedule
