Senior Salesforce Developer- FSC

Working within a leading financial institution, this role calls for a Senior Salesforce Developer- FSC (Financial Service Cloud) who can leverage technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and strong collaboration to deliver robust Salesforce solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business analysts, solution designers, tech leads, QA teams, and operations to ensure high-quality code delivery and seamless system integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and related technologies.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal banking systems and third-party services via APIs and Apex callouts.
• Support the full development lifecycle, from design through deployment, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with BAs, Solution Designers, Tech Leads, and QA teams to deliver user stories and high-quality code.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and release planning for multiple major and minor releases per year.
• Build solutions for operational readiness, including logging, exception handling, and monitoring integration points in coordination with Operations teams.
• Contribute to CRMA dashboards, data synchronization, and data recipe development (nice-to-have).
• Identify opportunities to improve code quality, reusability, and overall technical design.

Desired Skill Set:

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Apex Classes, Triggers, and Batch Jobs
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• APIs / Integrations (custom Apex-based)
• Salesforce Flows and configuration
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and data model.
• Experience with Service Cloud (strong asset) and Experience Cloud (nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II an asset).

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with CRMA (Einstein Analytics) dashboards, reporting, and data recipes.
• Exposure to OmniStudio.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services environments.
