We are a full service veterinary clinic offering a wide range of services including wellness checks, vaccinations, surgery and emergency care. Our dedicated and experienced team is committed to high quality patient care at every visit. We are currently seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys a fast paced, team oriented environment, communicates well, and takes pride in creating a warm and professional experience for our clients and patients. This is an opportunity to join a clinic that values growth, learning, and the wellbeing of our team.
About the Role
The ideal candidate brings:
- VOA certificate or relevant experience in client service
- A genuine interest in animals and veterinary medicine, paired with a willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills with both clients and colleagues
- A positive, dependable, team focused approach

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
