Encore Corporate Travel is looking for a Sales Development Representative who thrives in a fast moving, growth oriented environment. This person will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities by opening and qualifying leads, creating a strong first impression with prospective clients, and supporting the sales team with accurate data and well structured proposals. The right candidate is self driven, curious, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in corporate travel and technology powered service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification and Pipeline Development
  • Conduct initial outreach to inbound and outbound prospects, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement
  • Hold discovery meetings to understand prospect needs and determine fit
  • Qualify opportunities based on defined criteria and schedule follow up meetings for the Sales Executive
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of active prospects through consistent and proactive engagement
CRM Management
  • Ensure all lead and account information in the CRM is accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Track activities, status changes, and next steps to maintain clear visibility for the broader sales team
  • Support reporting efforts by maintaining clean data and following established CRM processes
RFP Writing and Proposal Support
  • Draft high quality RFP responses that clearly communicate Encore's value, service model, and capabilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information for proposal documents
  • Maintain a library of standard content that speeds up the RFP creation process
  • Assist the Sales Executive in preparing tailored proposals and presentations

Requirements Required Skills and Experience
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales development, account coordination, or business development
  • Experience in corporate travel, travel management, or a related industry is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a professional presence in writing and in meetings
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, ideally Zoho
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and follow through
