Job Title: Bakery Manager – Family-Owned Bakery Café
Location: Vancouver, BC (Fraserhood)
Hourly Wage: $26 + tips
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and support our front-of-house team
• Ensure the bakery is welcoming, clean, and well-presented
• Handle scheduling, training, and team support
• Respond to customer emails and inquiries
• Manage in-store and online orders
• Maintain food safety standards
• Use POS systems (TouchBistro experience is a plus)

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience in food service.
• Food Safe certificate required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for food — knowledge of breads, pastries, or French bistro foods is a plus
• Weekend availability, must work Dec 24th until 2:30 PM
• First Aid certification preferred
