Hometown Orthodontics is looking for a level II dental assistant to join their team As our practice grows, we are looking for a talented and energetic individual who can become part of our incredible staff

Requirements for the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Sterilization
  • Chairside assisting of hygienists and Orthodontist
  • Set up and clean up of chairs
  • Writing notes
  • Taking x-rays, impressions, intra-oral photos
  • Oral hygiene and elastic wear instruction
  • Lab work with appliances
  • Inventory
  • Answering phones/emails, scheduling, and taking payments

Education in dental assisting with a CDA Level II and HARP is required. New grads are welcome Course completion Orthodontic Procedures for Level II Dental Assistants is highly desireable. Individuals must have excellent oral and written skills, ability to work well individually or in teams, be able to multi-task, be proficient with computers and outstanding customer service skills.
