The Server / Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving drinks and food in a restaurant setting. This role involves coordinating bar operations, interacting with guests, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Wage : $18.00+ Tips
Required Shift: Wednesday / Saturdays / Sundays, 10am-3pm is required. Additional hours available.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations.
· Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
· Clean and maintain bar equipment, utensils, and glassware.
· Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety regulations.
· Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
· Check in with customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
· Set up and clean dining tables, including resetting after guests leave.
· Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
· Coordinate with other servers and bartenders to maintain a well-functioning dining environment. · Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
· Maintain knowledge of popular and seasonal cocktails, as well as the restaurant's drink menu.
· Stock and replenish the bar with supplies, including liquor, garnishes, and glassware.
· Verify the age of customers to comply with legal drinking age requirements.
· Follow responsible alcohol service policies and procedures to prevent over-serving and intoxicated behavior.
· Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and courteous manner.
Requirements

Requirements:

· Previous experience in server and/or bartender role preferred. 1 year.
· Familiarity with alcoholic beverages, food safety, and health regulations.
· Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
· Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
· Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays or supplies.
