Journey Volkswagen is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Used Car Department and help take our pre-owned business to the next level. We're looking for someone who brings high energy, strong leadership, and a modern approach to sales—especially through digital and social media marketing.

What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire a team of sales consultants to hit department targets.
• Drive used vehicle performance through smart pricing, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Create and execute effective social media marketing strategies (Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, TikTok, paid ads, walk-around videos, etc.).
• Maintain strong online presence for the dealership's pre-owned inventory.
• Assist with appraisal, trade-in, and acquisition strategy.
• Monitor KPIs daily and proactively adjust to ensure targets are met.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with our dealership standards.
• Work closely with the General Manager to achieve monthly goals.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or strong Assistant Manager in automotive retail.
• Strong understanding of used car market valuations, reconditioning flow, and gross optimization.
• Skilled in digital marketing, video content, and social media engagement.
• High-energy leadership style with the ability to motivate and coach.
• Goal-oriented, organized, and excellent with follow-up.
• Comfortable analyzing data, sales reports, and market trends.
• A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
