Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Manager to join our team at Gorilla Repairs. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our company, with responsibilities ranging from client calls and coordination of our maintenance team and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client calls to generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide support and coordination for our maintenance team, ensuring efficient deployment and completion of tasks.
  • Schedule maintenance appointments and coordinate with clients to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Oversee inventory management and procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall company performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure Gorilla Repairs remains at the forefront of the maintenance industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in the maintenance or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Asana, Slack, Airtable, and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Understanding in preventive and reactive property maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot operational issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
