- Lead project scoping, preparation, and implementation.
- Oversee rigging in and rigging out of water transfer operations, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to safety protocols.
- Serve as the primary contact for existing clients to forecast their needs and meet expectations.
- Supervise the set-up and tear down of all new and existing modular tank operations.
- Operate and manage various equipment, including pumps, filtration units, submersibles, and gensets.
- Perform light repairs and maintenance on Rig In/Out equipment as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify that all equipment is in optimal working condition and address any issues promptly.
- Manage field operations, including supervision of all related personnel.
- Collaborate with customers and key suppliers to provide ongoing innovative solutions to operations.
- Participate in onboarding and provide training and leadership to technicians based on standardized competencies.
- Ensure compliance with OH&S codes, promoting the company's health and safety program at the branch level, ensuring all employees demonstrate awareness and accountability for the safety of self and others.
- Foster a mentoring culture for employee development and motivation.
- Facilitate job safety meetings and training – champion and follow through with all safety initiatives.
- Complete required paperwork, including field tickets, job safety analysis, and other relevant documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 5+ years of pumping experience with a variety of operations, including water pumping operations; long-line, in-lease pumping, water transfer, modular tank groundwork, set up and tear down.
- 5+ years of leadership experience demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
- Current certifications in First Aid, H2S, Transportation of Dangerous Goods, Common Safety Orientation, Skid Steer Certification, WHMIS.
- Possession of a current and valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
- Effective computer skills using Microsoft systems (Excel, Word, Adobe PDF).
- Experience with employee training and development.
- Sound decision-making, analytical, and organizational skills with a team-based approach to managing relationships.
- Ability to revise plans based on changing priorities to ensure commitments are met.
- Excellent work ethic, both independently and within a team.
- Passionate about business and dissatisfaction with the status quo – always looking for opportunities for process improvement.
WORKING CONDITIONS:

- Indoors in a shop environment and outdoors including extreme weather conditions
- Physically demanding, including bending and heavy lifting
- Exposure to noise, chemicals, fumes, dust and industrial chemicals
- Travel is required
