We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a team toward operational excellence. Duties

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions
  • Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs effectively
  • Develop staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate ongoing training
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase patronage
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products

Experience

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is preferred
  • A background in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction is highly desirable
  • Spanish is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
