Dental Receptionist

Experienced Dental Receptionist – Full Time (Tuesday–Saturday)
Permanent Position

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident in all aspects of running a busy front desk and committed to delivering excellent patient service.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a dental receptionist
• Strong knowledge of Tracker dental software
• Full-time availability Tuesday to Saturday
• One evening shift required on Wednesdays until 7:00pm
• Ability to manage all front desk duties, including scheduling, patient communication, billing, and insurance processing
• A positive attitude and strong team player mentality
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
