Role Overview
The Lead Generation expert / social media Marketing & Events Coordinator will be responsible for supporting sales outreach, executing marketing campaigns, and coordinating in-restaurant and off-site events. This hybrid role blends creativity with organization: you'll connect with corporate partners and community stakeholders, assist with catering inquiries, ensure seamless event execution, and help bring OEB's marketing vision to life both online and in-store.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Outreach

- follow-up for catering, private events, and group bookings on generated leads.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, tracking inquiries and conversions.
- Support communication with corporate clients, community organizations, and event partners.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Execute local store marketing initiatives (sampling, pop-ups, partnerships).
- Manage social media calendars, content coordination, and community engagement.
- Distribute promotional materials and support seasonal campaign rollouts.
- Work with the leadership team to identify hyper-local opportunities that drive foot traffic and brand awareness.
Event Coordination
- Plan and coordinate in-restaurant events, community activations, and catering functions.
- Liaise with internal teams (culinary, operations, and service) to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage event logistics, including setup, signage, and guest experience.
- Track event performance and provide post-event reporting.
- Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or sales support (hospitality experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Google Suite; familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, and CRM tools is an asset.
- Passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
