Maxor National Pharmacy Services is looking for a compassionate, customer service oriented Pharmacy Technician to work full time in our Maxor managed pharmacy at
Community Health Centers Pharmacy in Burlington, VT., a community healthcare center based retail pharmacy. In this integrated model, the Maxor pharmacy team will work closely with providers and clinic staff collaboratively, providing team-based medicine with a strong pharmacy component to provide optimal care for patients. Maxor National Pharmacy Services, headquartered in Amarillo, TX, manages the pharmacy, including personnel.

The estimated pay for this position is $22-27/hr depending on experienc.e
Responsibilities:

Assist pharmacists in providing effective, appropriate, and safe pharmacy services.
Greet customers and take prescription orders
Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers
Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked
Answer the phone
Input customer information into the computer system
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Active pharmacy technician license in the State of VT
Current PTCB Certification, or ability to obtain your certification within 6 months (Maxor will assist)
A minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience
Proven track record of exemplary customer service
Computer experience mandatory
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care
Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently
