We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. Duties

• Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Help cooks during meal service by providing support with cooking tasks and ensuring timely delivery of food to the serving area.
• Follow food safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained.
• Stock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills related to food handling and preparation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food handling practices and safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to cooking, cleaning, and food preparation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.
