Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality clinical care using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) , Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) , and Mindfulness-Based Approaches .
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, session notes, and relevant client communications.
  • Upholding professional standards and ethical guidelines as outlined by the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) .
  • Collaborating with clients to develop individualized therapeutic goals that promote mental health and resilience.
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development and peer consultation to ensure best practices and evidence-informed care.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
  • Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) .
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience working with adults experiencing PTSD, trauma, anxiety, or addiction.
  • Foundational training or certification in CBT and/or DBT preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Veterans or first responder populations is an asset.
