Key Responsibilities As Head of Sales Solution Delivery for the UK Private Sector, you will lead and elevate a high‑impact function at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll shape how MHR competes and wins in an increasingly complex B2B landscape. You’ll define the vision for Solution Delivery, ensuring that every demo, bid, and engagement with enterprise and mid‑market buyers positions MHR as compelling, credible, and differentiated. With accountability for the quality, agility, and storytelling of our propositions, you will be a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership, driving deal velocity, customer confidence, and sustained commercial success.
Team You will lead and inspire a blended team of Pre‑Sales and Bid professionals, ensuring clarity, accountability, and high performance at every stage of the sales cycle. By fostering a culture of responsiveness, ownership, and commercial awareness, you’ll create an environment where the team consistently delivers excellence. You’ll be hands‑on in developing capability, mentoring individuals, aligning resources to complex deals, and embedding best practices across demos, proposals, and buyer engagement. You will also champion the effective use of platforms like Loopio, ensuring efficiency, knowledge sharing, and continual improvement across the function.
Impact Your leadership will directly shape how MHR presents its solutions to the market. By ensuring our demos resonate with buyer pain points, our bids tell a persuasive and value‑driven story, and our messaging reflects deep sector relevance, you’ll make MHR stand out in every major opportunity. You will influence deal prioritisation, win strategy, and commercial planning, while driving actionable insights through retrospectives and win‑loss reviews. By building trusted cross‑functional partnerships with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Enablement, you’ll ensure every customer touchpoint reinforces MHR’s reputation as a partner of choice delivering measurable impact on revenue, growth, and market positioning.
