The Sales Executive plays a key role in driving ticket sales, developing corporate proposals, and identifying new revenue opportunities to maximise growth and visitor engagement. This role involves a mix of proactive business development, relationship management, and sales strategy execution to increase corporate partnerships and ticket sales.
Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new corporate and group sales opportunities to drive revenue growth. Develop compelling proposals for corporate clients, event organisers, and tourism partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, travel agents, and local businesses. Conduct research to identify new sales channels and emerging market trends. Develop and implement strategies to increase ticket conversions and attract high-value clients. Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to generate new leads.
Corporate & Group Bookings Proactively approach businesses to promote i360 as a venue for corporate events, meetings, and team-building activities. Manage and coordinate group sales, ensuring a seamless booking and event experience. Create tailored packages and pricing models for corporate clients and large group bookings. Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for business customers.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Implement strategic initiatives to drive sales and meet revenue targets. Monitor sales performance and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to optimise pricing, promotions, and product offerings. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects to ensure a consistent flow of business opportunities.
Customer Engagement & Experience Provide high-quality customer service to clients and ensure a seamless booking process. Gather and analyse customer feedback to enhance the overall sales and visitor experience. Work closely with the front-line team to ensure smooth execution of group visits and corporate events.
Marketing & Partnerships Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns targeting businesses and event planners. Support the organisation and hosting of familiarisation (FAM) trips and industry networking events. Build strategic partnerships with hotels, conference venues, and local businesses to increase referral traffic.
