Overview A leading, high-volume car supermarket group is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead their multi-site sales operation. Selling over 1,300 vehicles every month, this is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a large, ambitious sales team within an exceptionally fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales volume, revenue, and profitability across all locations
Build and execute high-performance sales strategies
Lead, coach, and develop a large sales team to exceed KPIs
Oversee stock turn, presentation, and aged inventory management
Maximise finance penetration and value-added products
Analyse key KPIs and performance data to drive decisions
Ensure exceptional customer journey and strong retention
Implement CRM processes and digital sales tools for efficiency
Work closely with senior leadership to shape ongoing growth plans
Requirements To be considered, you must have :
5+ years experience in a senior automotive sales leadership role
