Integrity Motors is growing and we are looking for a *Dual Language *Automotive Sales Representative (Must speak fluent Spanish and English) to join us. You will be the only Bilingual Sales Consultant at Integrity Motors. Automotive Sales and/or BDC experience is a huge plus but not required however *Professional Sales experience IS required.* *REQUIREMENTS for the Bilingual (Spanish) Sales Representative* · *Bilingual (Spanish & English) is 100% REQUIRED* · Positive, customer focused attitude with a passion for excellence · Must be able to reach sales quota *BENEFITS for the Bilingual (Spanish) Sales Representative* · Flexible scheduling – we want to support you and your family (within reason) · An entire marketing program dedicated to growing our bilingual customer base; You will be the only Bilingual Sales Consultant upon hire · RESPONSIBILITIES for the Bilingual (Spanish) Sales Representative* · Build friendly rapport with customers · Answering questions in-person, through the phone, and via email · Demonstrate vehicles features and find the perfect car for each customer · Hit sales goals Job Type: Full-time Flexible schedule * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Night shift * Weekends as needed Retail Sales: 1 year (Required) Language: * Spanish and English (Required)
